The client wanted to redesign their website which will help users find & share great events in their community and promote events to millions of web visitors. Visitors can view the events in their area matching their interest. Basically, our client is an event listing and management firm.
Client Objective
Our client needed a CMS based Website with ability to report Featured Event and Premium Event, Event Search as per Date, City, Zip Code, Distance/Proximity and Category which will work as a set of complete tools to run and manage any type of event. In addition to that they wanted the ability to run promotional coupon based offers. They wanted a platform where various events happening in different cities/communities can be searched at one place.
NetTantra Solution
The earlier version of the website was dynamic. Our team chose Drupal CMS in order to publish platform created by our vibrant community and burst out with potentials. Drupal is used to manage content on informational sites, social media sites, member sites, intranets and web applications. It comes with many tools to help you organize, structure, and re-use your content. We have also used some advanced Drupal Modules as per our clients need such as location, Views, gmap, Boost, form_builder, rules and node_export etc. Drupal’s content management features make it easy to create and manage your site. Site administration is easy with Drupal’s robust user management, menu handling, real-time statistics, and optional revision control.
